BioMy given name is Donny — without ever the benefit of a pseudonym or a middle name. I am the only child of immigrant parents who fled a communist state in a modest boat. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, a city with a hidden charm that I still adore and admire. Recently, I have been privileged to ride a bicycle through its streets and have that discovered I love this city more than I ever realized. It is like family to me. There is unconditional love. It is difficult for me to ever fathom leaving it; how can I let Los Angeles down or betray it? I will not.
